These Website Licensing Terms define how website designs prepared by Luphar may be used after purchase.

No rights are granted without a valid license.

2. License Types

2.1 Standard License

The Standard License grants:

• Deployment on one domain
• Right to modify content for internal business use

Restrictions:

• No resale
• No redistribution
• No sublicensing

2.2 Extended / Commercial License (if applicable)

The Extended License may grant:

• Use across multiple domains
• White-label usage
• Integration into commercial platforms

Extended licenses must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Ownership

• Luphar retains authorship and design ownership
• License grants usage rights, not ownership transfer
• Custom agreements may override this clause

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell the website as a standalone product
• Claim authorship of the original design
• Share files publicly without permission

5. Modifications

Clients may modify licensed websites for their own business needs.

Luphar is not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications.

6. Termination of License

A license may be terminated if:

• Payment is reversed or canceled
• License terms are violated

Upon termination, use of the website must stop.

7. Refunds

Licenses are generally non-refundable once files are delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws.

• Is not shared with third parties
