1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Luphar provides refunds for its services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all payment and refund matters. If you have questions about a specific situation, please contact us before a billing cycle begins.

2. Subscription Refunds

For services provided under the Website Subscription Model:

• Non-refundable after billing cycle starts: Once a billing cycle has commenced, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable. Service access remains available for the full paid period.
• Cancellation before renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Pre-billing refund window: If a billing error occurs or a charge is processed in error before service delivery has begun, a full refund may be issued upon request within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Custom Development Refunds

For services provided under the Custom Development or other one-time project models:

• Milestone-based refunds: Refund eligibility is assessed against work completed at the time of the refund request. Fees corresponding to delivered work are non-refundable.
• Deposit payments: Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable once project work has commenced, unless Luphar fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables.
• Final payment: Final payments made after delivery and approval of work are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Original payment method only: Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or third-party instrument.
• Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 banking days from the date of approval. Actual receipt may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Refund confirmation: You will receive written confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.

To request a refund, contact us at info@luphar.org with your name, invoice reference, and reason for the request.

5. Payment Security

Luphar takes your payment security seriously. The following practices apply to all transactions:

• No local card data storage: Luphar does not store, log, or retain any card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. All card processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
• HTTPS required: All payment interactions occur exclusively over HTTPS (TLS-encrypted) connections. Unencrypted connections are not supported.
• 3D Secure: Where supported by your card issuer, transactions may be protected by 3D Secure authentication (e.g., Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check) to prevent unauthorized use.
• Statement descriptor: Charges will appear on your bank statement under the descriptor LUPHAR or as agreed with your payment processor. If the descriptor on your statement is unclear, contact us for verification before disputing a charge.

6. No Card Surcharge

Luphar does not apply any surcharge, convenience fee, or additional charge for payments made by card or other electronic payment methods. The price you are quoted is the price you pay - no hidden card fees.
