Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

If you logged in to Luphar using Facebook and want your Facebook-associated data deleted, send a request to info@luphar.org with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your email address used in Luphar.
• Your full name (as used on the account, if available).
• A short statement confirming you want account and related Facebook login data deleted.

2. What Data We Delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize data associated with your Facebook login, including:

• Facebook provider account identifier stored for authentication.
• Email/name profile data obtained via Facebook login (where deletion is technically possible).
• Active authentication sessions and refresh tokens tied to your account.

3. Processing Time

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain minimal records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. Any retained data is restricted to the minimum required by law.
